Contact form: name, email, company (optional) and message, to answer your enquiry.

First-call booking: name, email, company (optional), message (optional) and the chosen time, to create the meeting in the calendar and send you the invitation with the video call link.

Your consent when you submit the form or book, and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR, art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

To provide the service we use processors: Vercel (web hosting), Resend (email delivery), Forward Email (forwarding of mail received at hola@jaumedurany.com) and Google (Calendar and Meet). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by law (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). We do not share your data with anyone else unless legally required.

We keep the data as long as needed to handle your enquiry or the meeting and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@jaumedurany.com. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
