“Self-organisation, personal growth and short feedback loops: the engine of real change.”
I'm a computer science engineer with a PhD in computational acoustics. I started by writing code and doing research, and found that what interested me most was how we work together.
Since 2009 I have supported teams through agile transformations, both in person and remotely, from product companies like Typeform to growing startups. I believe in self-organisation, personal development and short feedback loops as the engine of real change.
Today I combine coaching with building: as a partner at Quemo I lead business strategy, product and development, and I use AI every day. That lets me talk to teams from the inside, with hands in the dough.
From November 2026 I'll be running the coworking space at Cal Comadran, the first in Moià, and I occasionally teach on La Salle's master's programmes about team management and agile methodologies.
