Down in the kitchen.
I coach teams and work on their day-to-day operations, but I also go down to the kitchen when needed. I keep building because I don't want to lose touch with their reality: understanding the language of technical and product teams makes me a better coach.
Product and building
What I've done with my hands.
I act as product voice, run the backlog and handle the business side too, like strategy and pricing. And when needed, I write the code.
- Advisor, then partner
Quemo
Professional community for hospitality. I joined as an advisor, before the company existed, and when we incorporated we carried on together. I lead business strategy, product and development.
- Co-founder and CEO · on hold
BIMINDI
A platform to make feedback valuable. Strategic direction and development of the whole app: architecture and backend, with support on the frontend. When the other partners left I carried on alone. It's on hold now, but I haven't given up on it.
- Paused project
skillsAmp
An impact-based assessment system to improve team performance and drive continuous improvement in companies, as support for professional growth. It starts from strategy, defines roles and assessable skills, and ties them to feedback and growth plans. Behind it I built a visual library of wheels to make it all possible. It is paused now; the landing page is still online.
- Product and development, solo
Carterix
An end-to-end experiment built alone, from idea to product. It started from a personal need that I ended up sharing with the community.
- Web development
senyormasters.cat
Development of the website.
What I work with
Next.js, React and Vue, Node, Postgres and SQL, headless CMS, APIs and integrations.
I don't present myself as a senior developer. I'm interested in prototypes and solving real problems, and that keeps me close to technical teams.
Applied AI
AI as a multiplier.
I use it every day and build agents that work alongside me. I believe AI lets small teams deliver a lot, and I've tested that in my own projects.
BIMINDI
An agent that takes the context of each course and creates a support space for learners: they ask instead of searching the material. It also helps the course creator improve it based on learner feedback.
Quemo
Internal agents that help with product, technology, customer acquisition and finance. They propose and I decide, so a small team can deliver like a big one.
Carterix
An agent with integrations to exchanges and DEXs that answers strategic questions.
And for your company
I can apply all this to other companies' operations too: review how you work today and use AI to improve processes, with less noise and human judgement.
Small teams
Cells, not departments.
I believe the best structures are small, like the cells of the body: cross-functional teams that can deliver value end to end.
When a structure grows too big, it becomes slow and heavy. Then it's worth treating it as the sum of smaller units, not as departments that can't deliver on their own.
AI makes this more viable than ever: with good tools, a small team can go very far.
Writing
Thinking out loud.
I write on Medium about teams and continuous improvement. The illustrations are my own, made with Procreate.
Unchain a better you at work with a growth model
The continuous assessment system we built at Typeform for my team of agile coaches and for myself: continuous improvement that is actually useful, not empty performance reviews.
